The easiest way to find the leaders is to look at people who want to lead. The leaders will already be doing what they want to do. They Are leading their own work The followers will point them out. Followers are naturally attracted to people who inspire them. This approach is faster and more effective than asking people to volunteer to lead teams or projects.
