Consult with individuals from other worlds who have expressed interest in any of the Spheres within the target triangle to expand knowledge. # 3 Clarify Determine if the questions cleave to the issue and make suggested edits to the questions if warrant. Pick a link within the target triangle for focus. # 4 Purpose Formulate a specific action for the link with input from individuals, from all three worlds and addressing the attributes of successful interventions (to be developed). # 5 Prioritize Group will meet in an all-staff meeting to discuss priority of actions. # 6 Implement Design implementation plan for the selected top priority actions. Confirm that questions are aligned with the action. Recruit implementation team. Execute plan. Monitor and measure changes to map over time. Reset prioritizations as appropriate and continue with implementations until priority list is cleared. # Celebrate our success!
