Individual maps are the starting point for Sofi analysis. No data is ever discarded. It is the differences in maps that encourage learning and cooperation and innovation.
The first map in this panel is an individual's map, a manager. You can see that they have significant concerns. The second panel is a team's map. They have a more optimistic picture. When the two are added one sees that there are opportunities for learning and action. Green and red in the same sphere need exporation. Blues need information. Broken links need action.
