Six Step Process

Used to guide day-to-day activities.

1 First of all, each person has their own model depicting their view of the world. Adding individual models together creates the organizational model of the enterprise.

2 Second, Sofi maps the perception data that is in peoples' heads using the familiar Traffic Signal code. The mapping process organizes and combines the data visually, so complex data is quickly understood.

3 Third, the enterprise model shows the reciprocal effects of how one action influences another. By improving interactions, the organization becomes more flexible and adaptive.

4 Fourth, Maps show the dynamic World Views of each group, delivering the right information at the right time to the right team.

5 Fifth, leaders multiply gains with actions that anticipate and respond quickly to business needs and changes in the market.

6 Sixth, visualization of the data engages everyone in the transformation process.
